Description

The 3rd Quantum Nicosia Marathon will take place on December 9, with the unprecedented arrival of the Marathon flame to the island. The marathon organizers warmly invite everyone to this ‘Grand Celebration of the historic city of Nicosia’, coupled with a message of confidence to ‘reach beyond your limits’.

This year there will be five events: a marathon, a half marathon, a 10km run, a 5km run and a 1km UNICEF run. Apart from the prizes that will be given out to the winners, special prizes will be given to reward ‘fair play’.

The Quantum Nicosia Marathon supports the charitable institutions “One Dream One Wish", the "Anticancer Society of Cyprus", the Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics, the Association of Parents and Friends of Children with Heart Disease and UNICEF.

Proceeds from the Nicosia Marathon registrations, as well as other contributions will be donated to the abovementioned charities as well as “The Venerable Friends Fund”, a special fund created by the Athanasios Ktorides Foundation, aimed contribute to the prosperity of the Third Generation.
