Theatro Ena presents the known play of Dimitris Psathas "Liar Wanted", in a modern version placed in Cyprus.

Liar Wanted was first produced in Athens in 1953 and ran for more than 200 performances, a huge hit by Greek standards. It has become a theatrical staple ever since.

The play is a riotous satire on Greek politicians. Theofilos is a member of Parliament who makes pre-election promises that he cannot possibly keep. He hires Theodoros, a professional liar, to protect him from his constituents with what the liar does best: lies. Theodoros’s lies will lead to all kinds of complications...
