Description

50 plin 1 Gallery is pleased to present at the “Window Project”, the solo exhibition “Like you, I forgot” of Maria Lianou. Is a specially designated and autonomous space housed in the windows of the gallery, where young artists are given the opportunity to experiment. The exhibition runs from December 2nd, 2011 to January 7th, 2012.

Maria Lianou is a visual artist based in Athens. She received 2 BA degrees from the Athens School of Fine Arts, one in Sculpture and one in Painting. She has received various scholarships and awards. She has participated in many group exhibitions in Cyprus and abroad, as well as in art biennials. She has also had 3 solo exhibitions.
