Description

A 2-day seminar (7h/day) on how to set up and garnish a cold buffet, taught by world famous Thai chef Boonchuay Panprapa who will be showing professionals how to create fruit, vegetables, and ice carvings and many different ways to garnish a cold buffet. It will be a hands-on practical seminar.

* Interpretation will be provided into English during all seminars.
