John Grammatis is back, from Chicago Live at Ammos Beach Bar,
for two nights on Saturday 13/8/2011 & Sunday 14/8/2011

John Grammatis is known as a mind reader.

At least that’s how music lovers and club goers around the world have explained John’s uncanny ability to read a crowd’s energy and play just the right tracks at the right times and persuade even the most jaded club kid to scramble for the nearest dance floor- or even bar and table top!

Shortly after, John packed his turntables and headed to Europe where he worked in Copenhagen, Italy, and Greece. In 2001, John was invited back to Europe for a five-week gig and headlined at various clubs across Europe. Since then he has nailed down a few summer residencies (August 1-15) DJ at the famous SPACE Night Club in Mykonos Greece, Cinema Club in Nafpaktos, Greece, Central in New York and Ammos in Cyprus.

But, Chicago is John’s home, and he has made his mark by headlining at some of the city’s most prestigious club and venues including Sound Bar, Crobar, Y, and Spaybar. In addition, he has opened for DJ’s like DEEP DISH, Herenan Cattaneo, and Satoshi Tomiie just to name a few. With John in the dj booth you’ll always find yourself on the dancefloor.
