Description

KITE Music, under support of the Municipality of Karava, organises music workshops for children and young people, age 6-18 years old. The subject of the workshops is the traditional music of Cyprus.

The summer workshops will take place at the Cultural Foundation of the Municipality of Karava for five days, 18-22/07/2011 from 10.00am - 1.00pm. A small concert will take place on Monday the 25th, where the participants will have the chance to show their work to their parents and friends.

Kite Music aims to give the children and young people the chance be taught favourite Cypriot songs. Kite Music uses modern teaching methods that involve theatrical game, between other music activities, all teaches by qualified teachers.

All the participants will receive certificates after the completion of the workshops.
