Description

Dances and songs of Cyprus. Τhe bread baking tradition and our roots.

Morning Program 10 am – 1 pm
Production of traditional products:
- Traditional bread products - All the related stages of the traditional bread are going to be presented.
- Presentations other traditional products & crafts - Join us to find out how traditional products like palouzes, soutzoukos, katimerka, haloumi and anari cheese were originally made. Also, various traditional craftsmen will show you their arts.

Evening Program 5 pm -12 pm
-17:00 Non-stop Shows of traditional Products & Crafts.
- 19:00 Commencement of the official part of the Event, with various speeches.
- Traditional Cypriot Dances from the Folkloric group AFRODITH Yeroskipou

A Traditional Buffet is going to be served in the facilities of the Kouyiouka Watermill, escorted by live Greek music performance.
