Description

The biggest student festival of Greece comes to Cyprus for the second year.

Schooligans, a group made by students and teachers, organizes the student festival “Schoolwave” in Athens for the last six years. The 2nd Schoolwave in Cyprus will take place in Limassol on Saturday the 2nd of July at “Den Ksexno-Epistrofi” Stadium at Kato Polemidia, Limassol.

The student bands that will participate in the festival are:

1. 13 Beats Off (Alternative/ Post-Punk/ Experimental) – from Pafos
2. Growing Small (Acoustic) – from Nicosia
3. Isaac's Cello (Psychedelic Rock) – from Nicosia
4. Overlord (Metal) – from Pafos
5. Procreation (Death Metal) – from Limassol
6. Repugno In Pugna (Έντεχνο rock ) – from Nicosia
7. Slightly Offensive (Entexno /Rok) – from Limassol
8. SoundQuest (Rock) – from Pafos
9. The Parashoots (Blues Rock/ Classic Rock) – from Nicosia

Guests at Schoolwave Cyprus 2011 will be Pavlos Pavlides and B-Movies.

Additional Information:
1. Tickets (€5) are sold through So Easy Stores in Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaka and Paralimni and at Stokkos Kiosk at Pafos.
2. On the day of the Festival buses will be available for transfer to Limassol as follows:
- Nicosia from Makario Stadium at 5.30
- Larnaka from Neo GSZ Stadium at 5.30
- Paralimni / Agia Napa from Enosis Paralimniou Stadium
- Pafos from Pafiako Stadium.
