On the annual occasion of the “Month of the Heart” the Association of Parents and Friends of children with Heart Diseases presents the Musical Performance “Stelios Pissis, 20 Years of Creation”. The performance is held under the auspices of the Minister of Health Dr. Christos Patsalides and is a tribute to the work of the composer Stelios Pissis with the participation, in the first part, of the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of George Kountouris. In the second part, under the direction of Koullis Theodorou, songs of Stelios Pissis will be performed by Koullis Theodorou, Dimitris Fanis, Maria-Elena Kyriakou, Christina Metaxa, Stylianos Mkana, Mariam Venizelou, Sara and Sofia Patsalides. Honorary Guest appearance by Antonis Vardis. The performance will take place on Wednesday 2 February 2011, at the Strovolos Municipal Theatre, at 20.30. Tickets are sold at the price of €20 at BoConcept shops in all cities. All proceeds go to support children with heart diseases.
