A river full of colours, music, puppets, uniforms and cheerful persons, overflows each year in the beginning of October in the Latsia Municipality, and fills our hearts with splendid sentiments that emanate from every corner of the world. It is a unique event in Cyprus that aims in the promotion of puppetry and mime, while it contributes at the same time in the acquaintance and comprehension between different cultures.
