Description
Doros Theodorou (Teo) was born in Nicosia but grew up Limassol. In recent years he has worked extensively with painting and photography.
He is a recognized member of a professional international photography magazine and holds the sixth position from 9500 members. His work has received thousands of comments and a score of 4.99/5.00.
His work has been chosen to represent Cyprus in international exhibitions where he received very positive comments.
Limassol is a major source of energy and inspiration for the artist and this is why photographs of Limassol form an important part of the exhibition. The rest of the exhibition is made up by photographs that the artist took while traveling to many different parts of the world. Teo manages to successfully capture the culture, history, architecture, natural beauty and characteristics of the countries he visits.
His work is characterized by bright colors or photographs which are almost completely dark. Often, light and darkness appear together in the same photograph, causing contrasting emotions to the viewer.
