Description

The 7th Folklore Symposium titled “The Poetic Dialogues in the traditions of Cyprus, Karpathos, Kasos and Crete” will commence with a performance combining dance and music, intertwining the Cypriot impromptu oral poetry, known as Tsiattista, with the mantinades of Karpathos, Kasos and Crete. A folklore celebration gathering on stage dances and songs from all the islands, bringing together renowned traditional poets, singers and instrumentalists.

With the participation of the Dance Group of Limassol Folklore Association.
