Description

Selecting specific works from the permanent collection, grandmothers, grandfathers and accompanying grandchildren will be able to revisit scenes from the past. The children will get to know a world more familiar to their grandparents, and one very different from what they live in today.

This pictorial tour of the Museum refers to the Cyprus of the old days, as it was seen and documented in drawings and paintings by a number of Cypriot artists whose works are permanently displayed in the Museum’s collection. A Cyprus that was mostly rural and immersed in tradition.
