Chakra dancing is a form of movement meditation, which has an aim to release unwanted emotions or energy from the body and replace it with a new vibrant one.

Moving the body through dance is a great ritual to engage in regularly because of how effortless it can be.

This workshop has no fixed steps or choreography. just the intention to focus inwards and to express the beautiful and mystic energies that body holds inside.

Every session has a special concept related to specific chakra, energy or emotion.

This workshop will deal with the ROOT CHAKRA: Releasing your fears through movement.
