A compilation of great classical works by Greek composers.

Extracts from the same name work by Stavros Kougioumtzis, framed by pieces by Kalomiris, Theodorakis, Hadjidakis. Ecclesiastical hymns set to music, poetry by Cavafy, Ritsos, Elytis, Livaditis and Kambanellis. Esteemed Greek music in all its beauty and magnificence.

The concert includes extracts from "Symphonia tis Leventias" by Manolis Kalomiris, "Axion Esti" by Mikis Theodorakis on the poetry of Odysseas Elytis, "Epitaphios" from the works of Yiannis Ritsos and other well known and loved songs.
