Description
The 11th annual Limassol Marathon GSO is scheduled for the 18th and the 19th of March 2017.
The Limassol Marathon GSO is the official marathon of Cyprus, accredited by the international federations of AIMS and IAAF. With over 13,000 entrants in our 2016 event, the Limassol Marathon GSO has became the biggest sports event of its type in Cyprus which inspires athletes, welcomes visitors from several countries across the world and invites the spectators in a big celebration of joy and friendship!
On the 18th of March two races will take place the PrimeTel 5km Corporate Race and the1km Kids Race. The PrimeTel 5km Corporate Race starts at 09:00 and the 1km Kids Race starts at 11:00. On the 19th of March four races will take place which are the Marathon, Half Marathon, Petrolina 10km Energy Race and the 5km City Race. All races start at 07:00 am.
The flat traffic-free route is ideal for all runners and participants to achieve their personal best and Our slogan ‘Run along the Waves’ represents the true experience of our event’s participants running along the beautiful Limassol coastline.
