For the second time in Cyprus, a local speech competition is being organized by the Cyprus Toastmasters’ clubs, on Saturday, March 4th 2017 at 5 pm at Pallas Theatre in Nicosia.

This unique competition is a pioneer event of its kind for the local market since the contestants will be competing for the Toastmasters Best Speaker award.

Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization, teaching public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs.

This competition’s contestants are all members of the Toastmasters clubs of Nicosia and Limassol, who also belong in the wider global network of Toastmasters International.

Toastmasters’ members, currently counting more than 332,000 worldwide, are fulfilling their desire to improve their public speaking and leadership skills by attending one of the 51,400 clubs in 135 countries that make up the global network of meeting locations.

By providing a supportive and positive learning experience, Toastmasters empowers its members to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
