Description

The Cultural Workshop Ayion Omoloyiton and Cynema Xanthis 3 in collaboration with the French Institute in Cyprus are organizing four French Movie Nights, on 8 and 22 of February, and on 8 and 22 of March (Wednesdays, 8pm). Four modern French films, with various, interesting and entertaining subjects. Subtitles in English. On these nights Kantina Mou (the Workshop's Canteen) will offer wines and French snacks. This event is part of the International Month of La Francophonie. Enjoy a French atmosphere without leaving Cyprus!

Newly engaged, Thomas meets his future father-in-law Gilbert, who has been married for 30 years to Suzanne. Disillusioned Gilbert is convinced that his marriage has meant he's missed out on life. He persuades Thomas not to marry his daughter Lola and encourages him to drop everything else in his life as well. The two men then throw themselves into a new brats' life full of adventure, convinced that freedom is elsewhere. But at what cost do we rediscover our adolescent dreams?
