'You Won't Find It'' by Eleni Cosma
…An exploration of happiness in the most elusive places...

Sunday 27th November 5pm at ARTos Foundation (Ag.Omologites, Nicosia)

What is happiness NOT? What are we trying to satisfy? Our soul, or our ego? Can we satisfy both? How can we differentiate true happiness from temporary joy? Can we be happy? Or can happiness exist only in moments?

The performance was written by Eleni Cosma during the seminar ''The Difficult Art of Happiness'' by Dr Swami Gitananda, presented by Korina Kontaxaki in the Wholistic Spiritual Training Program 2015. Dr Swami Gitananda reveals to us the simple (in theory) and complex (in practice), secret of constant happiness. He encourages us to free ourselves from the mental programmings which the mass inflicts on us, and to see life in a more wholistic way.

The performance is preceded by a video presenting the technique and theory behind this art of happiness, as was offered in the Wholistic Spiritual Training program.
