Technopolis 20 invites you to a summer concert under the stars with the European University Sax Quartet, on Friday, August the 26th at 8:30pm.

The EUC Saxophone Quartet is comprised of Giorgos Krasides (soprano sax), Alexandros Krasides (alto sax), Achilleas Tomasidis (tenor sax) and Yiannis Miralis (baritone sax). This is the only established sax quartet of its kind in Cyprus and is comprised of music faculty, students and graduates of European University Cyprus who have a love and passion for the saxophone. Its members are renowned performers and educators who are also founding members of the Symphonic Band of Strovolos Municipality-European University Cyprus and the Cyprus Saxophone Association “Saxophonia” and have performed widely around the island. With their purity of sound, extensive dynamic range and homogenous blending they aspire to contribute to the promotion of classical saxophone in Cyprus.

Join us in our beautiful garden and enjoy a repertoire that ranges from classical arrangements, original and standard compositions, as well as arrangements of pop and jazz songs.
