Description

In coordination with the Animafest (18-23 of July), the Kimonos Art Center organizes an exhibition by six students and two professors of the Department of Digital Arts of the National Superior Fine Arts School of Paris.

The works which will be exhibited were created during a workshop that was organized by the Kimonos Art Center in June, on the occasion of the first Paphos International Film Festival (PIFF)

For ten days, Damien Moulierac, Thibaut Bouedjoro, Gao Wenqian, Marine Bikard, Caisa Sandgern and Max Blotas, along with the professors Vincent Rioux (head of the department) and Juliette Marchand (professor of animation and animator) created short animated films in several places in Paphos, inspired by the landscape, the stories and their experiences from Cyprus.

During the exhibition, the short films they crated, along with all the objects and decors used for the films, will be presented.

It is an exhibition that offers the occasion to the public to discover a lot of secrets of the art of animation.
