Description

The photographs that will be presented in the exhibition were created on the occasion of the campaign of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in Cyprus, with the title "Hope", which began in 2006. The purpose of the campaign was to inform and raise awareness of the public for the reasons that lead people to flee their homes, as well as the specific needs of refugees.

The theme of the exhibition is, as evidenced by its title, hope. The hope that is kept in the heart of every person who is forced to abandon his homeland to save his life and try to rebuild it in a new homeland.
