Euripides transforms Sophocles’ tyrant-slaying Orestes and Electra into “terrorists”. Simos Kakalas, a director who has won respect through his devotion to the manual aspect of theatre is staging Orestes following the performances at the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus in 2015.
