Description

Under the title “Protecting de Legends”, the artist Feny Bouza is exhibiting her works at The Collection Gallery from 24 March 2016 until 12 April 2016. The opening will take place on Thursday, 24 March 2016 at 7:30 pm and it will be hosted by Mrs. Lia Tornaritis.

In her exhibition, "Protecting the Legends" the Greek artist presents two art units. The first art unit includes concepts with intense symbolism such as lips, camellias and exotic birds, repeatedly presented by media, marketing and contemporary culture, depicted through strong color shades in "explosive" compositions.

The second art unit refers to legendary phenomenal personalities of modern sports such as Usain Bolt, Michael Phelps and many others. The artist concentrates on their strength and power which surpass human limits and do have a strong impact on modern times. Highly celebrated personalities of media are depicted by Feny Bouza with a sense of admiration and humor in a Pop art approach.

The exhibition will remain open until 12th April 2016.
