"Blood n' Guts" - 2Km Dragon Boat Race

Description

The Cyprus Dragon Boat Association organises its first Race of 2016 on Sunday, January 31 at Germasogeia water dam. The categories of racing, covering 2Km distance are: Standard boat mixed (at least 40% women) and small boat mixed.

Races will start at 10.00a.m. on Sunday and the competition will be high for the three Cyprus’ teams, namely: Limassol Dragons, Limassol Spartans and ZuluForce. The 2Km races, which are organised by the Association every winter, are of particular interest since competitors are required to prove not only their paddling skills but also a high level of endurance, creating an exciting atmosphere both for participants and spectators.

Anyone who wants to attend and support groups is welcome - no charge of course. Party will follow after the races.
