Description

NT Live programme connects Pafos with the best of Royal National Theatre of London and screens the Shakespearean masterpiece Hamlet with the talented Benedict Cumberbatch. The play has received exceptionalreviews and has been screened all around the world.

The story unfolds as a country arms itself for war and a family tears itself apart. Forced to avenge his father’s death, but paralysed by the task ahead, Hamlet rages against the impossibility of his predicament, threatening both his sanity and the security of the state.
