Description

The Ayia Napa Festival is one of the most popular and well anticipated events that takes place in the tourist resort of Ayia Napa every year at the end of September.

The main events this year are:

September 25th: "From Manos Hadjidakis to Vasilis Tsitsanis" with Vassilis Lekkas and the Vocal Ensemble under the direction of Andriana Sergidou. Together with the dance groups "Diastasi" and "Dionysos"

September 26th: "Beautiful Things" with Mario Frangoulis and Debora Mayer. Youth Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Mr. George Kountouris.

September 27th: "90 Years Mikis Theodorakis" with Pantelis Thalassinos and Sofia Papazoglou.

The festival also includes other dance and music performances, demonstrations of traditional crafts, an agricultural fair and several interesting exhibitions.
