Description

Trio Frisson is a band based in Cyprus, comprising of Jamie Paul (vocals & keys), Byron Athinodorou (bass & b.vocals) and Alexander Papadopoulos (drums). They describe their sound as ‘Hip-Soul’, a blend of elements taken from Soul, Groove, Hip Hop, Reggae & Funk.

Their debut album 'Great Escapes', released in December 2013, features 11 original tracks and a host of guest musicians who contribute flavours of trumpet, violin and guitar to the mix.

Based in Limassol, Trio Frisson perform regularly across the island at its music & arts festivals and live venues. They have also performed on television and been awarded airtime on radio stations. They are currently working on their second studio album.
