Born in Athens in July 1985, Maria Petrou (aka Mar.P) launched her first steps in the field of DJing at the age of 19. Taking advantage of her great music collection and her love for music, she begins to take part in local parties and events. Started out by playing funk /soul and reggae music. Her amateur activity did not take long to go professional in 2006. Around the year 2009, she starts exploring and listening to electronic music and attends electronic music events. Since then her musical repertoire ranges mainly between Deep/Tech House and Techno music. Milestone in her career to date is her participation in the top clubs : Dybbuk(Athens), Pixi(Athens), Sixx/Playground(Athens), Terraza (Athens) , Mamacas(Athens), Animal(Athens), Cariocas (Schinos), Cocoon (Loutraki), Nid (Athens) ,Dive (Athens) and more. Also, from 2006 until today she has given many gigs in the province and islands: Cyprus, Mykonos, Zakynthos, Mytilene, Chios and many more..
