Description

Hansjörg is a diligent refuse inspector, who ensures that everyone abides by the rules and is currently in pursuit of an unidentified transgressor who has been disposing refuse bags illegally for weeks. He's secretly in love with Lily, but on discovering that the culprit is her daughter Emma, his life is turned completely upside down. Lily is charged with a fine and he begins to woo her, but without success. Hansjörg has no idea that Emma is a perpetrator out of sheer necessity given that her mother Lily is a compulsive hoarder, with tons of rubbish and junk in her home.
