Description

The Company and Mr. Mrs. O presents: "Monsieur et Madame O", a comic, gesture play.

Around a table, a couple repeatedly repeats the same old story made of derisory habits and routines. Between expectation and frustration, the duo turns duel ... burlesque, poetic, fierce and without limits. A little life made of high hopes, a short story of ordinary life.

This gesture and almost wordless play exudes humor and poetry in dribs and drabs. It proposes, with lightness and gravity, a reflection on the force of habits, the daily routine and conventions, and dissects without complacency absurd mechanisms that lead a couple to drift.

The show "Mr. and Mrs. O" has received in 1998 the Audience Award of the Ocean Tour and the second Prize of the Humor Festival of Longjumeau.
