15 years have gone by since May 1999 when the Rialto Theatre reopened its doors to the public thanks to the Limassol Cooperative Savings Bank which reintroduced the theatre to the city and its people in an area that was a live benchmark in the cultural life of Limassol for over fifty years.

During these 15 years more than two thousand performances, nearly one million viewers and thousands of artists who collaborated with the Rialto Theatre, demonstrate the importance, not only as a stage with excellent infrastructure but also as a cultural model organization, not only of Limassol, but the whole of Cyprus .

Within the framework of the 15 years celebrations, Rialto Theatre is planning a special tour of the usually unseen parts of the theatre, open to the public on Thursday, May 29th.

The tour will be combined with music and drinks as well as with a meeting with the people of the theatre.
