Description

On the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the signing of the Élysée Treaty the Goethe-Institut Cyprus and the Institut Francais de Chypre jointly present the French- German film production “The Passerby of Sans-Souci” (original French title: “La passante du Sans-Souci"), from 1982 directed by Jacques Rouffio, based on the 1936 novel on the same name by Joseph Kessel, and starring Romy Schneider and Michel Piccoli. This film was the last film of German film star Romy Schneider, who lived the greater part of her short life in France.
