Description

The Polish Cultural Society in Cyprus MALWA organises an exhibition of textile art and Tapestry by the polish-born artist Malgorzata Swiatlowska Phantarou.

Małgorzata Światłowska Phantarou:
Graduated from the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. Studied at the Faculty of Painting, studios of Prof. Jacek Waltoś (painting) and Prof. Lilla Kulka (Τextile Art). She has lived in Cyprus since 2006 and has added the Cypriot folk textile to her interests. She participated in five group exhibitions in Poland and abroad and has also organized two individual exhibitions (in Germany and Cyprus).
