In an attempt to revive the deserted Makarios Avenue, The Afro Banana Republic, in collaboration with Project Nicosia, launches the POP UP 2013 Festival. While the new cultural initiative of the Municipality of Nicosia, takes over and converts empty shops into pop-up shops, The Afro Banana Republic takes over the street! Join us to celebrate the launch of the Festival, with music from our favourite local DJs and artistic visual installations that reference alternative street use!
