For the 3rd year in a row, STREETBEATS organize the 3rd annual breakdance preliminaries - Battle of the Year Balkans – Cyprus Preliminaries 3 which is scheduled on the 28th March 2009, at the gym of Ag. Athanasios, Lyceum School, Linopetra in Limassol at 8pm.

8 breakdance crews from all over Cyprus will participate in this one and only event and the winning team will represent Cyprus at the Balkans Championship which will take place on the 9th May in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Judges of the competition are worldwide known Just Do It from Hollland, Nasty Nate and Joel from U.S.A. This year’s event is enriched with special breakdance / hiphop workshops in Nicosia and Limassol by Nasty Nate, Joel και Just Do it and with live rap showcases by Warriorz from Greece and John Wu, Cyprus.
