FAF 2013 and MIX FM present this year's 3-day Open Air Flying Away Art & Music Festival at Orfeas Stadium in Nicosia.

Premiered in 2009, the Flying Away Festival has established itself as the premier progressive music and arts festival in Nicosia. For those wanting an intimate setting with a variety of stores from Cyprus’ local talent in a market feel setup, close stage views and clear/loud audio, FAF 2013 fills that void. The location's traditional and cultural vibe fits perfectly with FAF 2013’s fusion of tech house, reggae and various sub-genres of indie rock. Paying homage to the festival setting, FAF 2013 features local food vendors, indigenous art exhibits, dozens of regional support acts playing DJ changeover sets and the exciting live gigs from two Greek music acts, performing for the first time in Cyprus, GAD. and Konstantinos Vita. After all, its all about simplicity and quality of life.

Flying Away Festival’s main priority has always been to provide an environment and space for the various artists to exhibit and market their creations. From the very first Festival until today, the core of this fair was the participating artists and craftsmen.
